LAWN/FARM WORKER

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual that can work outside with various lawn/farm duties. The primary responsibilities of this role include mowing, trimming, and general labor tasks associated with maintaining lawns and farms. While experience with tractors and backhoes is preferred, it is not necessary as we are willing to provide training to the right candidate.

Duties may include but not limited to:

1. Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming.
2. Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of farm areas, including planting, weeding, and harvesting.
3. Operate and maintain various landscaping equipment and tools.
4. Assist in general labor duties as needed, including hauling materials and debris removal.
5. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
6. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and schedules.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.

2. Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting and prolonged standing.

3. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

4. Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

5. Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
