General Summary
Responsible for managing the services and day-to-day operations of the college’s Service Center locations as well as ensure that defined metrics are met. Responsible for ensuring Service Center employees deliver excellent customer service in regards to performance, meeting defined metrics/benchmarks, standards and processes are followed to provide effective customer service and meet requirements. This position works closely with the Director of IT Client Services on goals and department processes. The person will also coordinate with other Technology Service groups and college divisions to improve processes.
