Fire Department/Public Works Administrative Assistant
The City of St. Michael is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Fire Department/Public Works Administrative Assistant. The position is responsible for providing administrative support for the fire and public works departments.
Minimum qualifications: High School diploma, or equivalent; working knowledge of computers and basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel, and office work experience. Familiarity with City government, fire department, or public works department preferred. Experience with Image Trend Software and MFIRS also preferred. The (2021) wage range is $20.41/hour to $28.15/hour, with the actual starting wage dependent on qualifications.
