Project Engineer-Plant City, FL: Analyze blueprints, prepare construction estimates, value engineering studies & budgets; specifications, contract documents/agreements.

Required: Master's degree in Civil Engineering 1 year experience in Civil Engineering. Experience in analyze, design, understand architecture, structure, MEP, civil site development projects; design & review screen enclosure & pool structures & working with general contractors, architects/designers, city/ county reviewers, inspectors. Knowledge: FBC residential, building, mechanical & plumbing codes & NCE, ASHRAE, ASCE & AISC codes; AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM modeling, Revit, MS Office. Ability to review, understand, apply surveys, ADA guidelines, GIS maps, geotechnical & subsurface utility reports; perform HVAC heat load & freshwater & stormwater calculations; prepare & analyze blueprints, construction estimates, value engineering studies, budgets, in-detail legal contracts & biding documentation; familiarity with permitting process. Must have performed of legal authorization to work in US.
