Nebraska Gutter Supply, LLC, a leading provider of high-quality gutter products, is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team! The Warehouse Supervisor is in charge of warehouse operations and sales. You will have the opportunity to make a strong contribution to our growing company.

Basic knowledge of gutter products and gutter installation required.

Knowledge of Quickbooks Accounting Program.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and accurate completion of tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to ensure stock availability and accurate record-keeping.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment for all warehouse staff.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance warehouse performance.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping/receiving, and team supervision.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse team members.
