Nebraska Wesleyan University seeks to hire an Enrollment Communications and Operations Coordinator. This full-time 12-month position reports to the Director of Enrollment Operations. The successful candidate will coordinate the marketing emails, texts, and print communications for the Enrollment Management Division. The candidate will also coordinate data entry and assist with reporting related to the technical aspects of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Slate.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as one of Nebraska Wesleyan University's Slate Captains.
  • Develop strategic email, print, phone, and SMS communication plans for outreach efforts to prospective students, parents, high school counselors, and campus partners in coordination with Admissions and Marketing.
  • Coordinate print communications with mail house vendors.
  • Monitor, adjust, and report on communication performance to keep internal leadership and stakeholders informed.
  • Research and evaluate industry best practices to apply to the communication plan.
  • Assist the Director of Enrollment Operations on new and ongoing projects within the CRM (Slate) system.
  • Manage data entry and technical aspects of the enrollment process within the CRM (Slate). This includes importing data and materials from external vendors and application sources and the processing of admissions applications and materials.
  • Respond to internal help desk tickets regarding the CRM (Slate) system.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on creation of content and copywriting for the communication plan
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize the use of Slate CRM system.
  • Assist with Admissions events as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Three years of relevant experience in a CRM system required. Slate CRM experience preferred.
  • Developed communication skills addressing various audiences in writing, media composition and verbally.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and establish priorities from a project management vantage point.
