Office Secretary
Pleasanton Public Schools is accepting applications for the position of Office Secretary. This position performs a variety of duties including: • First contact for PowerSchool and School attendance • Maintain school communication systems (Website, Facebook, All Call) • Manage and track enrollment records • Work with families to keep records updated • Coordination of registering of all students • Coordinates the Purchasing for the School District • Be able to become proficient on a variety of school software • Have a positive, willing attitude and willingness to work in a high paced environment with both adults and students. 100% health and dental premiums paid. 10 months full time (reduced summer hours negotiable).
