Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Part Time-26 hours per week

The Republican American is looking for positive & professional Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role you will manage customer queries regarding their account and delivery, process orders and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. Additionally, you will provide product information and technical support for our digital edition. To do well in this role, you need to have good interpersonal skills, have experience working with computers, and be dependable and flexible to meet the needs of the business.

REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. Experience working with customer support and data entry.

POSITION AVAILABLE: Sunday 7 am to 1 pm. Wednesday 7 am to 1 pm. Thursday 7 am to 1 pm. Friday 7 am to 1 pm. Saturday 7 am to 11 am.

PAY: $15.69 per hour
