Customer Service Representative

THE ROLE:

We are currently looking to expand our Merchant Success department and are looking for a couple of new Customer Service Representatives to join our team! As we grow and we onboard new merchant partners, it is important for us to expand our merchant success team along the way. Our Customer Service Representatives will act as the first line of support for our merchants. They will properly document, address, and escalate when necessary, merchant situations to ensure a world-class customer experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Receive inbound calls from current customers/merchants and field their concerns or questions through the appropriate channels.
• Properly document all calls within the HelpDesk system to ensure all merchant questions and concerns are properly documented and addressed.
• Assist merchants in compliance with PCI (Payment Card Industry) processes.
• Deploy critical thinking and alternative problem solving to ensure merchant issues and questions are properly and completely addressed.
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the Merchant Success team to ensure consistency in merchant solutions and best practice exchange.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service settings such as call centers, e-commerce, etc.
• Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment
• Past experience working with CRMs or HelpDesk systems would be an asset.
• Mastery of Google Drive and Microsoft Suite
• Strong tendency towards adaptability and agility as priorities can quickly change.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a massive advantage!
