Safe Harbor Marinas, the nation’s premier marina owner and operator, is currently seeking a full-time customer service representative to join our team at our Belle Maer Harbor Marina on beautiful Lake St. Clair. We are looking for a smiling, energetic candidate who will be responsible to serve marina customers by performing the following duties:
Job Duties:
• Develop and maintain friendly working relationships with our members, guests and staff.
• Respond to member questions and needs via phone, email and in person including set-up of new members.
• Provide excellent information and service to prospective new members.
• Accept and reconcile daily cash, credit and check payments, and follow up with past due balances.
• Maintain contractor insurance forms.
• Routine administrative tasks (update customer database, data entry, file, etc.)
• Special projects as needed.
• Saturdays required during spring and fall seasons.
Candidate attributes:
• Service-oriented with a can-do attitude!
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to deal with conflict effectively, courteously, and tactfully.
