Legal Secretary – Commercial Litigation

MOVERS AND SHAKERS WANTED!  Our client is searching for a legal secretary that stands head and shoulders above the crowd with experience in Commercial Litigation and Governmental Affairs.  Supporting a team of four attorneys, ranging from Associate to Partner, you will be helping to head up a new practice group with a historic Louisiana Firm.  If you have the following, this role is looking for you.

• 5 years’ experience with heavy litigation
• Ability to support multiple attorneys
• Track record of successfully maneuvering state and federal courts
• Dynamic calendaring skills
• Mastery of all things Microsoft and ability to work in a paperless environment
