Maintenance Supervisor - Plumbing/HVAC
*Completion of a course of study in plumbing or heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
*Completion of a Master Plumber or Master HVAC Technician Program or equivalent experience
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office
*Ability to supervise, direct reports in carrying out multiple work assignments

Maintenance III - HVAC
*Completion of a course of study in plumbing or heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
*Completion of a journeyman HVAC Program
*Minimum of six years’ experience
