Utility Technician Position

Town of Silt is looking for a team player to fill the full-time position of Utility Technician Employee I. This entry position performs manual work for our Water/Wastewater plants. Position involves reading meters, lab work, hydrant flushing, building maintenance, various duties inside and outside. Must be at least 18 years of age. Requires high school diploma or GED; Driver’s License required. Must live within 15 miles of the town. Starting salary $20.66 to $25.85/hour, plus full benefit package. The Town of Silt conducts background investigation and drug testing as a condition of employment.
