Brief Summary of Job Description: The content coordinator develops and manages content for digital, social, and print communications for currently enrolled and prospective online students and alumni. The coordinator also serves as a key component in content creation, editing, and messaging for CRM student responses and campaign communications. This position is responsible for editing all communication sent out of the eCampus office for accuracy and consistency while following university writing styles. The coordinator provides recruitment, advertising, and/or public relations expertise to assist in plans to recruit and retain online students for UNK, which involves a general understanding of online education and overall UNK student demographics.
Job Duties: Write content for a range of materials for a variety of audiences including but not limited to current and prospective students and alumni. Develop and edit content for Talisma CRM student response and campaign communications. Proofread all communications sent out of the eCampus Office. Collaborate in conceptualizing materials for print and online media. Assist with student and faculty interviews. Ability to interact with others on all levels.
Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree, organization, interpersonal skills, strong written skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, thriving in fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, analytical skills, time management, problem-solving and decision making.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English or Advertising or Communications or similar discipline. Two years of related work experience. Experience in higher education.
