Job Description

This position is intended to design, implement, and monitor behavioral intervention programs for children ages 18 mos-21 yrs with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities using applied behavior analysis (ABA) methods. This primarily consists of clinic-based service delivery although there may be opportunities for community-based service delivery. The behavior analyst will provide treatments focused on skill building (e.g., intensive behavioral intervention program) and behavior reduction (e.g., severe behavior clinic).

Shift

Monday – Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree in behavior analysis or a closely related field and at least 2 years of experience in child development. Licensure as required for position.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a requirement, as is Missouri licensure or eligibility for state licensure. Two years professional experience post-master's in designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior analysis services for individuals.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $50,367.00 - $91,392.00 Annually
GGS Grade: GGS-010
