Job Description

This position includes assisting in implementing creative and attractive presentations, marketing, and merchandising of products. Assist in taking inventory, and providing input on forecasting transactions and sales. Follow proper food handling techniques. Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and secure working area. Assist in ordering, receiving, and storing of products and merchandise. Collect invoices and send them to the appropriate office. Maintain and extend the vendor log. Assist in keeping prices current by completing the vendor price changes. Provide high-quality service to customers; assist in meeting the department's customer service objectives. Direct, help train, and assist student employees with in-store procedures and service. Complete required training. Help the department constantly improve and reach its vision. Perform other duties as assigned.

Shift

Varied hours and days of the week including weekends.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Salary Range: $15.00- $17.23
Grade: GGS 5
