Assistant Director of Digital Revenue Strategy



Job Summary

Manages day-to-day ticketing operations, fulfills ticket orders, and answers ticketing inquiries. Oversees ticketing system and ensures accurate reporting, approvals, and dues. Coordinates the development, implementation, and logistical aspects of ticket sales and operations. Develops and implements new initiatives to increase ticket sales and other revenue streams.


Essential Functions

The Assistant Director of Digital Revenue Strategy will have a dedicated focus on driving revenue for the Pitt sales team through lead generation, qualification, and email marketing. The candidate will work closely with the Associate Athletic Director of Sales and the Pitt marketing team to execute the email strategy. The candidate will need to be proficient in both Salesforce and Eloqua. The incumbent will monitor the progress of the sales team and help with goal setting for revenue and production. The Assistant Director of Digital Revenue Strategy will report directly to the Associate Athletic Director of Sales & Service and will also work closely with the Assistant Athletic Director of Marketing.


Physical Effort

This individual will be responsible for managing the sales team’s workflow and database. The individual will be responsible for helping generate leads through email campaigning. This individual will work closely with Pitt’s analytics team to qualify. The individual will be responsible for executing marking campaigns that drive ticket interest/revenue in collaboration with Ticket Operations, Ticket Sales & Service, and Marketing. The individual will execute email strategy and build emails for ticket sales initiatives. The individual must have proficiency in Adobe, Eloqua, and Salesforce or show the ability to quickly learn and master programs. The individual will collaborate with the Associate Athletic Director of Sales & Service, Director of Sales, Director of Service, and Pitt analytics team to help benchmark and goal set for sales initiatives and overall goals. Other duties as assigned.
