Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated detail-oriented student to join our team working up to 19 hours/week. This position will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization's IT systems. The ideal candidate should want to grow in this field, have strong technical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Familiarity with Salesforce, database concepts, multiple operating systems, or PHP would be a plus. You are not required to have experience in all areas described. What you don't know, we will teach you. We are seeking the most qualified candidates. We will provide regular training and coaching to help you grow and improve your career potential upon graduation.
Responsibilities
The incumbent will work on various technical activities including daily system imports and report generation, support for permission changes, employee onboarding, and off-boarding, developing and updating documentation of our system processes and procedures, and troubleshooting issues and providing user support.
